Bread & Roses Bakery is a small, independent bakery located in scenic Yachats, Oregon, a short walk from the sprawling expanse of the Pacific Ocean.
We focus on creating healthy and delicious breads, pastries, soups, sandwiches, and desserts using quality, natural ingredients from as many local sources as possible.
For instance, we use Camas Country Mill's organic flour, much of which is grown locally in the Willamette Valley, and coffee beans sourced from Cafeto Coffee in Eugene, Oregon.

Fall is here! We've adjusted our hours for the season and will be opening at 9 am with a new close time of 2 pm every day we are open. As always our close time can vary based off of demand as we bake our pastries fresh for each day we are open. We look forward to seeing you and providing our delicious freshly baked goodies!
We are a family owned and operated business with limited staff. That has limited our hours, but due to popular request we are adding another day! We will be open Thursday through Sunday for the hours listed below (Updated 10/31/25):
Thursday 9am-2pm
Friday 9am-2pm
Saturday 9am-2pm
Sunday 9am-2pm
We bake our delicious goods fresh every morning in quantities to last the day, but due to the demand we often sell out.
Call to reserve items, or pre-order for next day pickup.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our bread and many of our other food items also using our bread we offer loaves of bread for sale on Thursdays and Saturdays. We highly recommend pre-ordering our loaves the night before as they do tend to sell out quickly!
