Bread & Pastries

At Bread & Roses Bakery, we care about making healthy, delicious breads and pastries with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, including Camas Country Mill's organic flour, much of which is grown locally in the Willamette Valley.

​​Our selection of breads and pastries rotates based on the season and available ingredients.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our bread and many of our other food items also using our bread we offer loaves of bread for sale on Thursdays and Saturdays. We highly recommend pre-ordering our loaves the night before as they do tend to sell out quickly!

Organic Breads

Breads we may offer in our rotation include:
  • Country White - French style sourdough
  • Toasted Seed Loaf - Sourdough with flax seeds and toasted sunflower and sesame seeds
  • Struan Loaf - A sourdough flavored harvest bread made from white and wheat flour, full of flax, sunflower, poppy, and sesame seeds.

Pastries

We regularly offer pastries such as:​
  • Celestial snails (cream cheese, lemon curd and fresh fruit)
  • Cinnamon roses (our version of the cinnamon roll but more interesting)
  • Bubbly pies (Marion berries, blue berries and apples)​
  • Chocolate croissants
  • Plain croissants
  • Goat cheese and prosciutto croissants
  • Smoked salmon croissants
  • Garden Schmeers (herb cream cheese with roasted cherry tomatoes and sweet peppers)
